Sometimes there's a crappy day, and sometimes a whole bunch of them come at you all at once.

I journal (in several topic-specific journals of course) to process the stress and irritation, but this isn't really your typical journaling. There's not much writing involved at all actually. I call it, Do Less of What Makes You Feel Dead Inside.
